While hiding out in the shaded safety of his bedroom, Jay is visited by Dr. Reina, a conversion therapist who intends to bring him back into the light of God. When dangerous sunlight is thrust upon him, Jay has no choice but to fight for survival against the oppressive forces of Dr. Reina, his parents and the murderous supernatural entity who seems to only grow stronger in the light.
